Job summary

American Tire Distributors is seeking a Warehouse II associate to move products within the warehouse and serve as a back-up delivery driver for non-CDL trucks. The role involves picking orders, lifting up to 150 pounds, and maintaining organized stock across product lines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, reporting damaged or missing stock, and daily warehouse closing tasks. Prior experience and a strong safety mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Warehouse experience and basic safety awareness a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative tasks, such as handling and preparation of paperwork and daily warehouse closing.
• Verify incoming and outgoing products for accuracy and inform management of shortages.
• Prepare and submit regular reports of damaged, outdated stock or shipments and segregate defects.
• Prioritize and pick materials to fill orders and stage product for loading.
• Load and unload delivery trucks and manage tires and weights up to 50 pounds.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers as required and maintain license if needed.
• Perform custodial/ housekeeping tasks and support daily warehouse closing.
• Maintain organized stock by product line and space planning for overflow.
