Job Title: Warehouse Associate II (Forklift – Electric Sit-Down)
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76140
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Some Saturdays (7:30 AM – 11:30 AM) | Open to Overtime as Needed

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and flexible Warehouse Associate II with experience operating an electric sit-down forklift. This is a contract-to-hire role with potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will split their time between general warehouse duties and working the front counter, so strong customer service skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying shipments and inspecting goods

• Operate electric sit-down forklift and other powered equipment (hydraulic jack, pallet jacks, etc.)

• Load/unload trucks, organize inventory, and maintain clean and orderly warehouse environment

• Assist customers at the counter with orders, returns, and inquiries

• Prepare and pack materials for shipment according to specifications

• Accurately complete both written and electronic documentation

• Route materials and supplies to appropriate departments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of relevant warehouse and forklift experience

• Forklift certification preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active role

• Flexible and willing to assist wherever needed
