Job summary

Quality Brands Distribution in Nebraska is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker to accurately pick beverage products by hand using a voice-activated headset. The role includes supporting dayshift duties and unloading inbound trucks on Saturdays, with a schedule of Wednesday through Friday 4:00am–3:00pm and Saturday 4:00am–12:00pm.

You will stack cases up to 50 lbs, wrap orders, and move pallets to the loading dock, while following safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• The physical demands include standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending and twisting.
• Must pass background check and drug test as applicable.

Job description

Wednesday through Friday 4:00am - 3:00pm, and Saturday 4:00am - 12:00pm.

Overview: Responsible for accurately picking, by hand, beverage product orders using a voice-automated headset. This position will be responsible for helping with dayshift duties and unloading inbound trucks on Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products by matching numbers and product descriptions using voice-audio headset.
• Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 lbs. from floor to over-head.
• Place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern on pallet.
• Shrink wrap customer orders with label and move completed order to loading dock staging area using electronic pallet jack.
• Report to supervisor all product discrepancies or quality issues including damaged product, wrong store number, equipment issues etc.
• Follow all safety procedures and adhere to all company policies and procedures including the safe operation of equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, work environment and complete general housekeeping, warehouse duties.

Performance Requirements

• Achieve and maintain an average picking rate of 150 cases per hour
• Achieve and maintain an average picking error rate of <.05% of cases picked
• Achieve and maintain an average damage rate of <.05% of cases picked
