Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring a Warehouse Hose Technician in Canonsburg, PA to assemble and fabricate industrial hoses, measure and cut to customer specs, and prepare orders for shipment. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and $18/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse/manufacturing/production/assembly experience preferred.
• Hose assembly or hose fabrication experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools.
• Forklift certification preferred; willingness to become certified.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and computer-based inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to measure/assemble.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Steel-toe boots required; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate industrial hoses by measuring, cutting, and crimping hose assemblies.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized hose assembly equipment.
• Measure hose and materials accurately to meet customer specs.
• Prepare customer orders by coiling, packaging, labeling, and staging hoses for shipment.
• Complete required quality control documentation and production paperwork.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and stock.
• Replenish inventory and monitor material levels.
• Enter and track inventory information using an ERP system.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area.
• Perform general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

• Previous hose assembly or hose fabrication experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools.
• Forklift certification is preferred; willingness to become certified is acceptable.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer-based inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately measure and assemble products.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be physically capable of performing warehouse work throughout the shift.
• Steel-toe boots are required.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
