Full-Time Warehouse Associate Starting at $15.00 & Up

Location: Itasca, IL

Shifts: 1st shift: Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm; 2nd shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 12:30pm – 8:00pm

Position Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customers receive furniture in perfect condition
• Unpack trailer merchandise and store it appropriately
• Assist with scanning as needed
• Prepare daily pick-up merchandise and next-day deliveries
• Assist with staging furniture for customers
• Assist Warehouse Leader with Quality Assurance
• Perform stain-safe applications
• Pull merchandise from stock and stage it for delivery
• Partner with inside sales to resolve delivery issues

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent
• Willing to submit to a physical strength test
• Pass drug and background screening
• Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions and memos
• Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions
• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
• Follow safety guidelines
