Job summary

HMT LLC is seeking a Warehouse Helper to support shipping, inventory, and general warehouse operations. The role requires physical stamina and a strong focus on safety and quality standards.

You will identify, count, pack, weigh and label finished products for shipment; operate a forklift; perform cycle counts; and help maintain housekeeping. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; reading/writing basics and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are expected.

HMT is hiring a Warehouse Helper to support shipping, inventory, and general warehouse operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying, counting, weighing, and packing finished products for shipment.
• The employee must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.
• The employee shall demonstrate their ability to operate motorized equipment and shall participate in the company-sponsored safety training program(s).
• The employee must demonstrate simple reading and writing skills.
• The employee shall adhere to all company policies, and participate in good housekeeping practices and any other tasks as directed by the General Supervisor.
• Perform general warehouse tasks as directed by the General Supervisor.
• Perform quality control checks as defined in the QMS manual.
• Operate Forklift for moving materials between warehouse locations.
• Pull, pack, label and verify finished goods for shipment.
• Performs cycle counts as a function of Inventory Control.

Required Qualifications & Education
