Manpower, Inc. is supporting a manufacturing client in Santa Fe Springs, CA, seeking a Warehouse Helper to assist the warehouse team with the flow of materials from receiving to shipment.

The role emphasizes safety, the ability to learn and follow detailed instructions, and accuracy in processing orders. You will perform heavy lifting, move bins and pallets, and collaborate with teammates to meet production deadlines in a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of work history.
• Ability to learn materials inventoried, packing techniques, and proper material handling techniques.
• Ability to understand and follow directions, and work independently.
• Ability to drive a lift truck and learn to operate a panel saw; willingness to trim excess laminate off panels as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with teardown and removal of warehouse bins, racks, and storage systems.
• Perform heavy lifting and material handling of equipment and components weighing up to 50lbs.
• Load, sort, and transport materials for disposal, recycling, or relocation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout demolition and cleanup activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our client, manufacturing support team is seeking a Warehouse Helper to join their operation in Santa Fe Springs, CA. As a Warehouse Helper, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting the flow of materials from manufacturing to finished panel goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to learn and follow detailed instructions, and the drive to keep orders moving accurately from receiving to shipment.

Job Title: Warehouse Helper

Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA

Pay Range: $19-$20/hr.

Shift: 7:00am - 5:30pm

What's the Job?
