Job Title: Warehouse Prep Associate - Hard Goods Department

Qualifications: Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Must have basic math and accurate counting skills. Must be able to follow instructions and operational standards. Lots of enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment. Must be able to work in a team environment.

Experience: High school Diploma, GED, or 1 year related experience.

Classification: Non-Exempt

Position Summary: A Hard Goods Prep associate is responsible for the accurate counting, cleaning, and restocking of tables, chairs, and other items within the hard goods department to ensure inventory is restocked and prepared for client orders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  2. Report to work on scheduled days at or before the required clock-in time.
  3. Dress professionally.
  4. Maintain a moderate to high energy level during work.
  5. Attend all required meetings.
  6. Learn to operate electric pallet jacks and pallet jacks.
  7. Work with your team to clean and prep equipment for restocking.
  8. Report any damaged or missing products to your supervisor.
  9. Keep work area clean, organized, and neat.
  10. Perform any other duties as assigned.
