CEVA Logistics in Ridgefield, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Handling Operations Team Leader to drive inbound and inventory activities, ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will lead and train inventory team members, monitor discrepancies, and coach the team to meet company standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 2–3 years of warehouse experience and prior leadership.

YOUR ROLE

Are you known for your leadership skills and passionate about warehouse logistics and organization? Do you enjoy working in a clean and efficient warehouse environment? Do you have experience in leading and coordinating inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and coordinating inventory activities. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Lead and coordinate inbound activities which goes from sellable products & packaging to consumables.Lead and train inventory team members to ensure accuracy and efficiencyMonitor inbound activities & discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages)Perform regular inbound auditsMaintain accurate inbound records in WMS systemImplement and improve inbound procedures and best practicesEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirementsIdentify and resolve inbound-related issues quickly to minimize operational impactTrain employees on all Inbound procedures & participate to 5S Management

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED; 2-3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience;Prior leadership experience preferredSkills:May require lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds; Good or corrected vision; Ability to add and subtract. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lead and direct a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and reporting toolsCharacteristics: Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds; Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents; Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.May require flexible hours, including weekends or shifts
