Join the Fabiano Brothers team as a Hand Loader in our Detroit warehouse, where excitement meets opportunity! As an Order Picker, you'll be right in the heart of our bustling beer distribution center. Hand Loaders work full-time four days a week, giving you a THREE-DAY weekend! The position offers competitive pay up to $24 per hour, with benefits including a ZERO-cost health, dental, and vision plan for employees and dependents, an employee assistance program, weekly paychecks, and more.

Typical shifts are Monday to Thursday evenings, starting between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m., lasting 8 to 9 hours in a temperature-controlled warehouse. Experience with forklifts and walkie-riders is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Responsibilities include handling cases weighing 50 pounds or more, pulling orders, operating industrial equipment, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment. Ability to read and listen to work orders is essential. Additional tasks may be assigned to support warehouse efficiency and safety.
