Job summary

URBN is seeking a Group Lead to guide warehouse associates in Kansas City. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a focus on quality and efficiency. Schedules run Sunday-Wednesday and Wednesday-Saturday, with a robust benefits package and a pay range that reflects shift differentials.

You will oversee daily tasks, mentor staff, and ensure a positive, productive environment while maintaining operational standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED required.
• 1–2 years of equivalent job experience; team building and leadership skills.
• Works well under pressure with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all associates.
• Maintain SLAs for the designated area.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the designated area.
• Support the development of employees in the designated area.
• Promote, develop, and sustain an efficient workflow within the department.
• Ensure the area is adequately supplied to complete daily tasks.

• Audit department processes to ensure adherence to processes and SOPs.
• Interact with management and cross-functional employees to resolve operations issues.
