Job summary

Jabil in North Carolina is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate loading and unloading of trucks while guiding a team of packers.

You will coordinate material movement, maintain data integrity in SAP, and uphold safety and efficiency. Forklift experience is preferred; Jabil certification will be provided if needed, and leadership is a plus.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred; Jabil certification provided if needed.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail in documentation and material handling.
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems.
• Basic math skills (rates, ratios, percentages) required.

Shift Details: B Shift, 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM, rotating schedule (3 days on 2 days off 2 days on 3 days off)

How will you make an impact?

As a Warehouse Lead, you will oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient loading and unloading of trucks. You will supervise packers and craters, coordinate material movement, and maintain data integrity in SAP. Your leadership will help ensure timely deliveries, safe handling of goods, and compliance with operational standards. Forklift experience is preferred but not required, Jabil certification will be provided.

Experience

• Leadership experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail in documentation and material handling.
• Effective communication skills with ability to lead and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to operate and train others on material handling equipment.
• Forklift experience preferred; Jabil certification provided if not already certified.

• Basic math skills including rate, ratio, and percentage calculations.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, and visual aids.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems.
