BuggyBusters, Inc in Douglasville, GA is hiring a Warehouse Groundsman to support the processing floor and keep Processor stations stocked and organized. You will help inspect, stage, and transport merchandise, ensuring a continuous flow and high productivity in a dynamic setting.

The role requires standing for 8–10 hours, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and a readiness to pass a drug screen. We offer a competitive hourly wage and a collaborative team culture in a fast-paced retail liquidation

Qualifications

Experience in receiving, stocking, or material handling required.
Prolonged standing and lifting 8–10 hours per shift.
Must be able to pass a drug screening.
Pallet jacks, shrink wrap equipment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver pallets of unprocessed merchandise to Processor stations to maintain workflow.
Open boxes and stage product for processing and inspection.
Perform pre-inspection for damage or unsellable items.
Move pallets out, shrink wrap them, and stage for loading onto trucks.
Manage a group of Processors to meet production targets.
Maintain secure, organized pallets for safe transport.
Work 8–10 hours per day on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
Adapt to changing priorities and volume fluctuations.
Support additional team efforts as needed.
Keep a clean and safe work area at all times.
