C&S Wholesale Grocers in Bethlehem, PA is hiring a Warehouse Generalist to fill in across roles from selector to palletizer. You will recover and resolve system faults, ensure automation equipment runs smoothly, and support daily warehouse operations.

This position requires flexibility to cover shifts and overtime as needed. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of material handling experience, strong safety practices, and a collaborative mindset to help the team meet distribution needs.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to support multiple roles in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate various warehouse roles as needed (Selector, Dock Worker, Palletizer, etc.).
• Use order picker to fulfill customer orders and replenish pick slots.
• Record daily actions using RF terminals and pick sheets.
• Load and secure pallets, ensure correct stacking to minimize damage.
• Move pallets with pallet jacks or forklifts and clean work areas as required.
