C&S Wholesale Grocers in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Warehouse Generalist for the 2nd shift. You will perform multiple warehouse tasks, including order picking, pallet building, and forklift operation, to support daily distribution needs.

The role requires safety-conscious teamwork, physical stamina for lifting, and flexibility to perform additional duties as needed. Training is provided and weekly pay is offered in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow procedures.
• Team-oriented outlook with a passion for helping others.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up material handling equipment to move pallets and stock.
• Fill customer orders by picking cases and building pallets for shipping.
• Wrap and secure pallets for transport and load onto trailers.
• Record activities using RF terminals and voice-picking systems.
• Assist in multiple warehouse duties including clerical and stocking tasks.

As a Warehouse Generalist, you will fill in for any position in the warehouse including, but not limited to: Selector, Dock Worker, Palletizer, etc.## Job Description**Text “CS” to 32543 to learn more about how you can become a part of our legacy.*** Earn $19.00per hour plus .50 shift differntial* 2nd Shift Full Time* Monday-Friday 5pm-2:30am* Weekly pay* Bethlehem, PA**You will contribute by:*** Performing duties of a Warehouse Worker* Utilizing Order Picker to pick products to fill customer orders or brings down pallets of reserve stock to replenish pick slots. Manually pick cases of product from warehouse racks to fill customer orders. Building pallets of products picked to fill the orders. Recording daily actions by use of Voice-command, pick sheets and Power-warehouse.* Fitting products on a pallet; insuring heavy products on bottom to reduce damage, plastic wrapping them, and loading them onto a trailer.* May operate an electric pallet jack to load pallets of products on to delivery trucks. Compiling un-palletized products onto pallets.* Performing duties of a Warehouse Clerk* Performing duties of a Forklift Operator, including: maneuvering Stand-Up Forklift to put away or let down as many as twenty pallets per hour into warehouse racks up to 46 feet high.* Manually lifting pallets to move into place. Manually stocking/picking cases of product into warehouse racks.* Recording daily actions by use of Radio Frequency Computer Terminal.* Performing duties of a Selector, including: selecting full case grocery/perishable/frozen items, fitting these items on a pallet, plastic wrapping them, and loading them onto a trailer.* Performing duties of a Backhauler, including: operating an electric pallet jack or clamp machine to transport pallets of product off inbound trucks. Compiling un-palletized products onto pallets.* Performing duties of a Porter, including: cleaning and maintaining warehouse aisles and product slots. Removing product from slots with the use of a pallet jack, cleaning slot with cleaning supplies and an electric scrubber, and replacing product. Cleaning warehouse offices, employee break areas, and restrooms.* Must be able to work to the end of shift to include necessary overtime in order to meet business needs and willing to assist in other departments based upon business needs.
