Job summary

Job&Talent US is seeking a General Labor / Warehouse Associate for a leading logistics and distribution facility in Aurora, IL. You will perform essential manual tasks to support daily operations.

Shifts are Wednesday to Saturday, 6 am to 4:30 pm, with an hourly rate of 17.00 USD. Responsibilities include loading/unloading freight, palletizing, basic assembly tasks, moving inventory with pallet jacks, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload freight, raw materials, and finished goods from trailers and trucks.
• Sort, stack, and secure items onto pallets using shrink wrap for safe transport.
• Assist with basic assembly, ticketing, kitting, or rework tasks as assigned.
• Move inventory throughout the facility using manual or electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following safety guidelines.
