Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting for a General Labor / Warehouse Associate in North Aurora, IL. This hands-on role offers a chance to contribute to a fast-paced distribution environment and grow in warehouse operations.

Shifts run Tuesday to Saturday, 6:30 AM to 3 PM, with pay at $17.00 USD per hour. Candidates should have warehouse experience and be reliable and punctual, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload freight, raw materials, and finished goods.

• Assist with basic assembly, ticketing, kitting, or rework tasks.
• Move inventory throughout the facility using manual or electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
