Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate a range of material handling equipment and process palletized goods in a fast-paced facility. You will read pallet IDs, verify counts via RF scans, and prepare items for outbound shipping while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, working in variable temperatures, and maintaining equipment. You will join a team focused on accuracy, efficiency, and safe warehouse operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Identify products via reading, scanning or manual entry.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country language.
• Work in -20F/-25C in cold storage or up to 100F/37C in dry storage with PPE.
• Must lift at least 40 lbs/18 kg.
• Flexible shifts including weekends.
• Able to handle varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move products and materials.
• Put away palletized units and set up for outbound shipments.
• Record materials and counts using RF system.
• Load/unload pallets or skids; wrap and secure stock.
• Document damages and discrepancies to supervisors.
• Pack, seal, and label materials for shipping with RF scanning.
• Complete forklift maintenance and monitor batteries.
