Job summary

Lineage is hiring a Warehouse Associate in New York to move products, read pallet IDs, and prepare items for shipment. You will operate forklifts, load and unload, and follow RF scanning procedures while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Identify products by reading pallet IDs and scanning.
• Perform basic arithmetic for counts and packaging.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs and operate in cold or dry storage.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Follow instructions in the official language of the country.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and condition of items via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on/off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Read and follow computerized work orders to locate items in the warehouse.
• Document damages and discrepancies to supervisors or leads.
• Pack, seal, and label materials for shipping using RF scanning equipment.
• Ensure palletized stock is wrapped before placement or transport.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain/clean batteries as needed.
• Report issues to leadership and await direction to rectify.
• Help clean and organize the warehouse during/after shifts.
