Job summary

Mach10 Solutions is seeking energetic Warehouse General Laborers for our Richmond, VA facility. You will support daily warehouse operations by sorting inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining an orderly workspace.

The role requires physical lifting up to 50 lbs, strong attention to detail, and reliability for various shifts, including weekends. Prior warehouse experience helps, and certification for pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is considered an asset.
• Capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs and engaging in manual labor.
• Demonstrate detail orientation and ability to follow specific directives.
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork.
• Foundational knowledge of warehouse processes and safety procedures.
• Open availability to accommodate different shifts, including weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, categorization, and placement of arriving inventory.
• Prepare customer orders for dispatch by picking and packing items with precision.
• Maintain a tidy workspace to drive team efficiency.
• Operate warehouse machinery like pallet jacks or forklifts with the necessary certifications.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily production targets.
• Perform routine stock counts and report variances to management.
• Uphold strict safety standards for a secure work environment.
