Job summary

Accelera Staffing is seeking dedicated Warehouse and General Labor Associates to join our team across Northwest Indiana, including Portage locations. These roles offer training with no prior experience required and weekly direct deposit pay.

You’ll perform packing, labeling, and light lifting, helping maintain quality and efficiency on the production and shipping line. Shifts vary (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with opportunities for long-term employment and growth.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to lift and move lightweight boxes as part of warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package items along the production line.
• Examine goods to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Apply labels to finished products and shipping containers.
• Help streamline logistics by lifting and moving lightweight boxes for shipment.
• Contribute to the team's success by hitting daily production targets.
• Support operational efficiency by adhering to internal policies and manufacturing guidelines.
• Provide support for a variety of warehouse and production-related tasks.
• Help maintain a safe and organized workspace for the entire team.
