Job summary

Accelera Staffing seeks dedicated Warehouse and General Labor Associates to join our Northwest Indiana facilities. Shifts are available on first, second, and third, with weekly pay and long-term employment opportunities.

Training is provided for entry-level candidates, and there is significant room for growth within a stable, professional environment. Locations include Highland, Merrillville, and Portage, where employees will contribute to packaging, inspections, labeling, and preparing goods

• Prepare and pack diverse product lines along the production assembly
• Perform thorough product inspections to guarantee high quality standards
• Apply necessary labels to all items and shipping containers
• Handle and transport lightweight boxes to prepare them for outbound shipping
• Contribute to the team's success by hitting daily production targets
• Adhere to all organizational guidelines and manufacturing protocols to ensure operational excellence
• Support the broader team by helping with various warehouse and production initiatives
• Help maintain a safe and organized workspace for the entire team

Compensation and Scheduling

• Receive your earnings on a weekly basis
• Positions are available across first, second, and third shifts
• Compensation ranges from $13.00 to $16.50 per hour
