Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring a General Labor associate to receive product using RF scanners and support warehouse operations. The role involves picking, labeling, wrapping, staging, and helping load/unload RJW trucks and trailers.

Flexible to work 10–12 hour shifts; must read, write, and speak English. High school diploma or GED required; 3–6 months of general labor in a warehouse is preferred. Employee ownership program and various incentives accompany the role.

Responsibilities

• Receive product using RF scanner and perform picking, QC, wrapping, staging, and labeling.
• Assist Warehouse Manager to ensure warehouse efficiency.
• Load/unload trucks and coordinate with carriers when needed.
• Maintain organized warehouse and proper documentation for shipments.
