Conser Moving and Storage in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Warehouse General Labor to support packing, loading, and moving operations. You will follow crew leader instructions, adhere to safety rules, and maintain a clean, professional appearance while representing the company in customer homes and offices.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds with assistance.
• Household/commercial moving experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of a Warehouse General Labor

• Assists/helps with the packing and loading of household goods and commercial equipment in accordance with established standards and procedures within the warehouse.
• Follows instruction from crew leader and adheres to all company policies and safety rules.
• Behaves in a professional manner.
• Performs all duties in adherence with company safety standards.
• Performs work within the specifications of the estimate of man hours.
• Must wear company-approved uniform and maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company and providing service to customers.
• Display professional conduct, courtesy, and manners when entering and performing work in the customer's home or office.
• Respectful of customer's property and personal space.
• Other duties as assigned.
