Job summary

Gulf Coast Flooring & Services is seeking a full-time warehouse hand for our Houston warehouse. The role involves moving and staging flooring materials, operating a forklift, and handling pickups and deliveries. You will be on your feet, lift up to 50 pounds, and drive as needed to support site needs.

This is a steady, permanent position with regular weekday hours and occasional Saturdays. Compensation starts at $15.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow as you gain warehouse experience.

• Forklift experience; able to operate forklift safely on a daily basis.
• Load, unload and stage flooring material and inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor directions.
• Be dependable: arrive on time for every scheduled shift.

Gulf Coast Flooring is hiring a full-time warehouse hand for our Houston warehouse. This is hands-on work: moving and staging material, keeping the warehouse organized, running the forklift, and handling pickups and deliveries. You will be on your feet, you will lift, and you will drive.

This is a steady, permanent position, not a temporary project.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Load, unload, move and stage flooring material and inventory
• Operate a forklift safely and daily
• Run pickups and deliveries to job sites and suppliers
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe to work in
• Follow safety procedures and direction from the warehouse supervisor

WHAT YOU NEED

• A valid driver's license
• Your own reliable transportation to and from work
• Forklift experience. You should already be comfortable running one.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds or more, repeatedly, through a full shift
• Dependability. Showing up on time, every scheduled day, is the job.

SCHEDULE

• Monday through Friday, either 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Some Saturdays

PAY

• $15.00 per hour
