Cardis Furniture & Mattresses in United States is seeking a energetic Warehouse - Pulling & Customer Pick Up Associate to help fulfill orders and assist customers with pickups. You will pull merchandise from inventory, load into customer vehicles, and handle scans and wrappings with attention to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 110 pounds.
• Stand and move for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Safely lift furniture while using warehouse equipment at heights 30–40 ft.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent reading skills to match orders.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required; stock picker certification helpful but not required.
• Prior related experience and/or training preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Do you enjoy working in a fast pace environment while performing physical work Cardis Furniture & Mattresses is looking for an energetic hard working individual to work in their warehouse Furniture Pulling & Customer Pick Up Department This position is key to ensure Cardis WOW customer satisfaction by ensuring furniture is pulled correctly and customer pick ups are processed with the highest level of customer service

Pay & Schedule

Pay 1900 2000 Hourly Schedule Sunday 10a 630p Mon & Tue Off Wed thru Sat 2pm 1030pm indicates that you may stay later frequently due to work load

Responsibilities

• Pulls merchandise from inventory for customer orders being picked up by the customer or being delivered to the customers homes in an orderly accurate timely and safe manner.
• Loading of Furniture and accessories in customer vehicles.
• Scans picks pulls and re wraps and puts away product utilizing proper material handling techniques and equipment to minimize damages.
• Operates manual and mechanical equipment such as dollies andor hand trucks in a safe and efficient manner to move or hoist product to proper arealocation.
• Complies with all applicable company health safety and quality standards and policies procedures rules and regulations.
• Commitment to Cardis Furniture & Mattresses safety policies and procedures.
• Models company image and culture through positive attitude spirit of cooperation appearance and respect for company policies and procedures on every aspect of role functions.
• Perform other functions as needed and required.

Management/ Supervisory Responsibilities

Requirements

• Safely lift furniture merchandise while elevate on warehouse equipment at heights of 30 40 feet above the ground
• Lift move push and pull furniture up to and in excess of 110 pounds
• Physically able to be on your feet and move throughout the warehouse over an 8 12 hour work day
• Ability to work well with others and function in a team environment
• Excellent listening skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Solid reading skills must be able to read ordersmatch orders to picking labels
• Ability to maintain emotional composure in a warehouse setting with customers peers and management

Education / Certification / Licensure

• High school diploma or general education degree GED preferred but not required
