C&S Wholesale Grocers, Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Full Case Selector for 1st shift. You will pick full-case grocery items from warehouse slots using a pallet jack or related equipment, ensuring accuracy and safe handling. Training provides foundational skills with a path to higher performance incentives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately listen to voice commands and select orders from racks or stock.
• Visually inspect products for damage or improper packaging.
• Work at a steady pace, correctly identifying and counting items.
• Place order into totes and place on conveyors.
• Assist in stocking functions; cut boxes open and place into inventory locations.

Position Overview

As a Full Case Selector, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient selection of general merchandise products for shipment to stores. This work is light distribution in a friendly atmosphere where safety is a high priority.

As a Selector , you will work individually selecting full-case grocery, perishable products from warehouse pick slots using a pallet jack or other equipment. You will either use order sheets or an audio headset. You will then fit the items on a pallet (are you good at Tetris?), plastic wrap the bundles, transport pallets to shipping dock and in some cases, load them onto a trailer for delivering to customers. All of our employees are expected to make safety their top priority.
