Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Associate in Etna, OH. The role offers weekly pay at $17.00 per hour with on-the-job training and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up/sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks).
• Powered industrial truck certification preferred.
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English for safety and work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure proper scanning.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and maintain shift security.
• Perform picking and packing duties and check for product damage.
• Complete material moves with required transactions in the system.
• Maintain housekeeping and assist in multiple team tasks.
