Job summary

Kitchen Cabinet Distributors (KCD) is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, order picking, inventory checks, and operating RF equipment to fulfill shipments.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, with 2+ years of distribution experience and the ability to lift heavy loads. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on safety and efficiency within a busy warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task.
• Experience utilizing a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• 2+ years distribution/order picking experience.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs repetitively and up to 140 lbs with assistance.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, and transportation of goods.
• Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas or vehicles.
• Install protective devices to prevent shifting or damage.
• Process paperwork necessary for order completion.
• Verify computations against stock counts – cycle counting.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to safety policies.
• Operate machinery to complete tasks.
• Utilize RF equipment when fulfilling orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Promote a safe work environment by reporting concerns.
