Controlled Products Systems Group (CPSG), an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is a one-stop distributor of access control and perimeter security products for professional dealers and installers. This position supports warehouse tasks, order pickup, and inventory deliveries at our Los Angeles location, with on-site attendance required.

Primary duties include processing UPS shipments, answering inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks while adhering to safety and company standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Preferred: proficiency in Spanish.

Mansioni

• Perform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies to ensure safety and quality.
• Assist customers with order pickup and deliver inventory to customer locations.
• Process UPS shipments daily in some locations.
• Handle incoming telephone inquiries and other administrative duties as requested.
• Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Contribute process suggestions to continuously improve warehouse operations.
• Identify deviations in the process and notify supervisor to correct issues.
