Job summary

Keefe Group is seeking warehouse operations teammates in a Madison, WI area facility to handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping for multiple lines.

As a full-time role, you will be cross-trained across distribution areas, with opportunities to specialize. The site uses WMS technology, forklifts, and standard office tools; weekly pay and overtime are typical. DailyPay is available to access earned wages, and PPE is provided from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
• 6 Months of ORDER PICKING and PACKING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
• ORDER AUDITING/Stocking REQUIRED
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred
• Overtime including weekends (with notice) REQUIRED
• ABILITY TO WORK: MONDAY - FRIDAY 7 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of the Commissary (KCN) team.
• Build, staging, and loading pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) in support of our Bulk team.
• Load third party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the business
