Job summary

Visionz Designs in Irving, TX is seeking a picker/packer to join our busy warehouse team. You will pick, pack and ship orders, scan items and maintain inventory accuracy to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work quickly under pressure, and a collaborative mindset in our fast-growing apparel production company. You will engage in cycle counts, packing finished goods, and related warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and ship orders from warehouse.
• Scan items to ensure correct picking of goods.
• Report damaged items and inventory discrepancies as necessary.
• Securely pack orders to prevent damage in transport.
• Periodical cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.
• Put away completed goods to pick bins.
• Receive and put away blank goods for production.
• Report discrepancies on received products to management and vendors.
• Fold, bag and barcode finished products.
• Follow management instructions to ensure accuracy and timely shipping.
• Follow cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure a safe workspace.
• From time to time, assist in other departments as workloads shift.
