Job summary

EPE USA is seeking a Fulfillment & Warehouse Operation Specialist in Riverside, CA to manage online orders, packing, shipping, and warehouse duties. The role supports production, inventory control, and local deliveries, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

The position requires 1–3 years in online fulfillment, forklift operation (certification preferred), a valid driver’s license, and experience handling 16–26 ft box trucks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of online fulfillment.
• Experience troubleshooting technical equipment and basic mechanical skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience driving a 16- to 26-foot box truck preferred.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, maintenance, logistics, or related experience.
• Preferred: Forklift certification or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily fulfillment metrics including accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipment targets.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Manage fulfillment of internet orders through various online platforms.
• Assist with building and assembling product.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and replenish picking locations.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments; organize warehouse inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Assist with production, assembly, packaging, and finishing operations.
• Prepare materials for production runs.
• Perform quality inspections and report defects.
• Serve as a backup driver for local deliveries using a company box truck/van.
• Load, transport, and unload products safely.
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain positive customer interactions.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
