Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Santa Clara, CA for full-time hours on a contract-to-hire basis. The role involves order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory handling in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

No travel is required, with a pay rate of $23 per hour and overtime potential. Initially, the position is a hands-on, temp-to-hire opportunity with benefits available upon full-time conversion, including health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).

• Operate scanners for warehouse tasks and inventory put-away.
• Substitute for other warehouse personnel as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule:Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with flexibility for overtime

About the Opportunity

We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory handling. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment with the potential to convert to full-time employment.

Note:Driving responsibilities are strictly prohibited for the duration of this assignment.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and fill orders for shipment to customers and internal divisions
• Load and unload common carrier and company vehicles
• Prepare shipments via UPS and LTL, including documentation and labeling
• Verify merchandise quantities and descriptions against invoices
• Pack orders and organize containers by truck route
• Operate scanners for warehouse management tasks and inventory put-away
• Substitute for other warehouse personnel as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
