Job summary

Lincare Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Noblesville, IN to fulfill and ship customer orders in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment to move, sort, and pack items, then stage orders for packing and shipment. Responsibilities include assembling customer orders from stock, loading trailers, performing QA checks, and ensuring accuracy of equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3–6 months warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift certification required

Responsibilities

• Fulfill and ship customer orders
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins by predetermined sequence
• Assemble customer orders from stock, stage orders, and convey orders to packing/shipping
• Pack and prep outbound orders and perform QA checks for equipment readiness and accuracy
• Move and load product from staging/storage into trailers
