Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the fulfillment and shipment of customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will assemble orders, load trailers, and ensure accurate packing across the staging and shipping areas.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are able to lift up to 60 pounds, and can pass forklift certification. 3–6 months of warehouse experience is preferred and forklift/industrial equipment operation will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Follow safety regulations while operating equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred 3 to 6 months experience in a warehouse environment.
• Previous shipping/distribution and/or warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass and maintain forklift certification.
• Operate power industrial equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill and ship customer orders.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins by size, equipment type, model, or part number.
• Move and load product from staging/storage into trailers.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and convey to packing/shipping.
• Pack and prep outbound orders and perform QA checks for equipment readiness and accuracy.

Job description

TheWarehouse Associate is responsible for the fulfillment and shipment of customer orders.

• Forklift, pallet jack, and/or other material handling equipment as part of the distribution process within a fast-paced warehouse setting
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, equipment type, model, or part number
• Efficiently moves and loads product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers
• Assembles customer orders from stock, stage orders, and/or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department according to center purchase orders
• Performs proper packing and prep of all outbound orders
  • Performs QA check for equipment readiness and accuracy
• Offering $16.00 - $23.00 per hour

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• Preferred 3 to 6 months experience in a warehouse environment
  • Training provided as necessary
• Previous shipping/distribution and/or warehouse experience preferred

Physical Demands

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. T his employee will be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and can be exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold, including climates consistent with outside weather conditions.
