Job summary

Elliott Electric Supply is seeking a warehouse associate in Mobile, AL to support daily operations. You will assist with order picking, receiving, stocking, and shipping, ensuring accurate preparation of products for customer delivery.

This safety-sensitive role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse, stand for long periods, and handle lifting up to 50 lbs; a pre-employment drug test and background check may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Able to identify product by size, type, style, color or product code.
• Must be able to read orders/match orders on shipping tickets to items picked.
• Basic math skills and reasoning skills.
• Ability to obtain certification of power-truck equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day branch operations by providing order and delivery services.
• Responsible for all warehouse functions: receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products for customer delivery.
• Maintain warehouse safety and orderly condition.
• Read and interpret shipping tickets; ensure accuracy of picked items.
