The Greater Cleveland Food Bank seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee order fulfillment and lead a team of warehouse associates, ensuring accuracy, safety, and high standards of sanitation.

Responsibilities include planning workload, directing staff, monitoring metrics, and coordinating with Inventory to maximize inventory accuracy. The role requires 3–4 years supervisory warehouse experience and a four-year degree preferred, with Serve-Safe certification beneficial.

Formación

• Four-year degree preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to four years warehouse and supervisory experience required.
• Tow motor certification preferred.
• Serve-Safe certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise the order fulfillment team in the warehouse.
• Plan, assign, and direct employee workload to maximize productivity.
• Monitor metrics and ensure accuracy of orders and inventory.
• Maintain high standards of warehouse sanitation and safety.
• Train new hires and current staff in procedures for order pulling and safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
