Job summary

Black Diamond Equipment is hiring a warehouse associate at our West Valley City, UT facility. You will perform receiving, picking, packing, replenishment and shipping tasks to maintain accurate inventory and safe operations.

No prior experience required; entry level accepted. Candidates must read, write and converse in English, possess basic math, and demonstrate teamwork, reliability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reading, writing and English proficiency required.
• Basic math knowledge desirable.
• Ability to learn standard work procedures.
• Experience with outdoor products helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Show up on time and be in your work area at the start of your shift, at lunch and after breaks.
• Follow prescribed process training documentation and meet productivity goals.
• Assist with receiving, put away, replenishment, picking, packing and shipping per DC policies.
• Support routine cycle counts and inventory accuracy as directed.
