Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Logistics Team Member in New Jersey to unload freight, sort and stock products across departments, and move freight to the sales floor in a safe, organized manner.

You will help maintain merchandise presentation, follow safety guidelines, and support customer service in a fast-paced, physical environment. A high school diploma is preferred and forklift certification is required or attainable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) and other material handling equipment certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse environment may have temperature fluctuations, noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight and stock the sales floor.
• Move prepared freight to the sales floor in an organized, safe, efficient manner.
• Ensure products are stocked accurately and timely.
• Return carts and clean work areas by end of shift.
• Clean shelves, displays, counters, and workspaces.
• Assist in maintaining merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Follow safety, cleanliness guidelines, and product quality standards.
• Promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty program and other initiatives.
