Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in warehouse, fulfillment, retail stock, or similar environment.
• Basic computer/RF scanner proficiency; ability to learn WMS.
• Ability to read pick lists, UPCs/SKUs, and location labels with high attention to detail.
• Math and verification skills for counting, unit of measure conversions, and check-digit validation.
• Reliable attendance and ability to hit daily/weekly targets.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and label orders using pick tickets, RF prompts, or voice-pick instructions.
• Meet productivity targets: 30 lines per hour and 99% pick accuracy.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, lot/expiration, and location codes.
• Handle, package, and stage products to prevent damage and maintain quality standards.
• Replenish forward pick locations and report discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory adjustments.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE use.
• Operate WMS/ERP and RF technology to record transactions in real time.
• Escalate shortages, overages, or damages promptly.
