Job summary

ScanSource in Southaven, MS is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Distribution Center. The role focuses on filling truck carrier orders with accuracy and speed, processing pick ticket orders, and maintaining RF scanning operations.

You will compare picked items to sales orders, meet weekly productivity standards, and relocate stock as needed. Prior experience with reach trucks and dock stockers is required; basic English is a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Reach Truck, Cherry Picker or Dock Stocker experience with RF scanner skills.
• Basic English understanding is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Fill truck carrier orders with accuracy and speed.
• Process pick ticket orders shipped via truck carrier.
• Accurately scan products using RF scanner.
• Check picked items against sales orders to avoid errors.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies prior to filling orders.
• Maintain weekly productivity standards.
• Place picked orders on conveyor for carrier deadlines.
• Relocate product in the warehouse as directed.
• Assist with month-end physical inventory.
• Assist with maintaining Tour-Ready appearance at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
