Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Bloomington, MN to pick, pack and ship orders using barcode scanning. You will ensure correct items are boxed, support inventory restocking, and help process shipments at the FedEx terminal. The role requires lifting up to 25 lbs and standing/walking during an 8-hour shift.

Qualifications

• High School or GED completion.
• Experience operating WAV lift and RF scanner.
• Prior warehousing experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship domestic and international sales orders using a barcode scanner.
• Package product to meet shipping criteria and maintain appropriate temperature controls.
• Work with Inventory Team to report low stock and restock.
• Assist with putting away inventory into correct bins.
• Process products at FedEx terminal and prepare accurate shipping labels.
• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Stand and walk in the warehouse to process orders throughout an 8.0 hour day.
