Job summary

The Fulfillment I Associate moves materials within a warehouse, unloads, picks, packs, counts, and checks items to maintain inventory, and may input data into WMS/ERP systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reports to a supervisor, and typically 0-1 year of general work experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or at least one year of equivalent work experience.
• Works autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a professional and upbeat attitude.
• Lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to walk throughout a large facility with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Works in one of the designated roles: Product Picking (parcel), Product Packing (parcel), Shipping Associate (parcel).
• Works with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.
• Maintains safety rules throughout shift.
• Safely operates machinery within the warehouse (i.e. forklift, scissor lift, etc.).
