The ideal candidate communicates in Spanish, understands safety procedures, and is comfortable operating forklifts and warehouse equipment. The position offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Shipping, receiving, inventory, and order picking experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store finished goods from production areas
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
• Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy
• Read picking tickets and shipping orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Report equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns
• Follow all company procedures and safety standards
