Job summary

CAREERXCHANGE, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loading / Unloading / Forklift Operator in Doral, FL. This full-time, in-person position offers an hourly wage of $19.00.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading shipments, operating forklifts, receiving and inspecting materials, and ensuring accurate inventory movement while maintaining a safe work environment. Previous warehouse and forklift experience required, with attention to detail and reliable attendance valued.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Experience with loading and unloading trucks/containers.
• Prior forklift experience required (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or cherry picker experience a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Experience working in a fast-paced distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and safely
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stage, and store products
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against shipping documentation
• Pick, pack, palletize, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and warehouse organization
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse and designated storage areas
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
• Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals
