Job summary

Worldpac is a leading automotive parts distributor hiring a DC Associate in Newark, CA. You will support warehouse operations, including pick/pack/stage, RF scanner use, and moving boxes within the distribution center.

Responsibilities include receiving/moving materials, maintaining a safe, clean area, and using handheld RF devices. Competitive benefits and a posted salary range apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the country for which you are applying.
• Ability to work on various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math—add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Mark pallets with identifying store information.
• Use the computer / RF to enter records.
• Use equipment (pallet jack, forklift, etc.).
• Use voice picking system.
• Keep work area neat, clean and hazard free.
• Will be required to use a handheld RF device.
• Consistent, reliable attendance.
• Other related duties as assigned.
