Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Taunton, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a team that moves products efficiently and safely. You will operate forklifts, pick, pack, load and unload, and use RF scanners in a fast-paced environment, with weekly pay and benefits starting within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Powered industrial truck certification.
• Ability to read and perform basic mathematics in English for safety and work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to input data into the WMS system.
• Overtime may be required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning is completed correctly.
• Train dock employees on new procedures; ensure end-of-shift security and housekeeping.
• Perform picking and packing duties; check for damage to products or containers.
• Perform material moves with related transactions as required.
• Participate in team activities to improve warehouse operations.
• Perform housekeeping duties for the assigned area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
