MK Distro in Dallas, TX is hiring a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to handle order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping logistics in a fast-paced warehouse. You will ensure accurate distribution and maintain organized stock levels.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Able to lift and move heavy products up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with logistics and shipping software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Process shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
• Receive and stock inventory, ensuring proper organization and storage.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain stock levels.
• Enter purchase orders and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management principles.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Work closely with the fulfillment and logistics teams to optimize shipping efficiency.
