Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Santa Fe Springs, California, to join a fast-paced team on the 1st shift (5:30am start). You will perform a variety of warehouse duties in a high-energy environment that rewards hard work and reliability.

This role involves lifting 25–75 lbs, standing for long periods, and learning our processes on the job. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required as training is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
